Try this one. Is that "brass" or "brash"? I know its minutia(sp?) but fun.

Minutiae is all right with me! On that version it's harder to tell... the first consonant is lost (probably Jerry leaning into the mike a little late.) I like this version better than the other one though. These early RJs are all too fast, IMHO. Gimme '76...

I agree SC, hard to tell on that one. Ive been having fun following the development of this tune. Ive always liked it but didnt give it too much consideration. Until I listened to 6/22/73 and it clicked in. Yes, its '73 and slow, but sweet. And I think someone slipped in a monitor for Donna. Seems it took till '76 to get a good poppin, hop, skip and jump to it. That 12/28/79 has got it. Thanks much for your input, i'll check out more '76 Row Jimmys, that year is a bit lacking in my collection.
p.s. Thanks grendel,L.A Woman,Styro, billyd,JOS,sunmonster,Batavia, and Baron for your previous posts concerning this tune. Sorry Dogs, I dont listen to '91, appreciat your input though. Oh, and Tell, eyes of the world?! you need to get out more.;)

Row Jimmy has always been one of my top favorite numbers. 7/18/76 is the version I like best... (the whole show is great, except for Keith's piano being way too loud during Wharf Rat)
